The Beach Hut Application Specialist initiates face-to-face contact with guests on location, provides explanations of services to prospective guests, attempts to sell company products and services, and facilitates the process/experience. The Beach Hut Applicaiton Specialist is an expert at providing top-notch customer service by interacting with other team members and guests on location or on the phone.

Job Functions, Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Engage customers and prospects in an enthusiastic, professional, and courteous manner
• Provide excellent customer service to guests at a designated location
• Explain and attempt to sell Beach Hut products and services to guests
• Address questions about Beach Hut services/procedures with accurate and complete
  information
• Facilitate the Beach Hut Experience and other Beach Hut services to ensure guests are completely satisfied
• Demonstrate a team player attitude
• Comply with Beach Hut policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
• Accurately process POS transactions at checkout
• Strive to meet sales targets set by supervisors
• Positively represent the Beach Hut brand while on company time

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• High School Diploma or GED
• Customer service skills
• Strong verbal communication
• Positive attitude and genuine tendency to smile when speaking
• Skill in answering phone in a pleasant and courteous manner
• Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member
• Ability to accurately handle basic math calculations
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule
• Experience in a sales and/or customer service role is preferred but not required
