Originally from Israel, Yafa moved to the United States in 2003 with a dream of becoming an entrepreneur. Her journey to success began with the discipline and determination she developed from attending military school at age 14 and serving in the Israeli Air Force on an F-16 base. After completing her service, she worked for a security company but decided that moving to the U.S. would offer her greater opportunities.

At 23, Yafa took a leap of faith and opened her first business, inspired by her experience working at a beach store. She believed she could provide a better customer experience and more value by operating her own business. Her first venture was a success, focusing on a simple, low-investment model with high returns. This allowed her to partner with retail stores, splitting profits instead of paying rent. Eventually, she grew savvy to business operations and opened her own kiosk in Panama City Beach, Florida—the first Beach Hut.

Today, Yafa’s vision extends beyond her own success. She launched The Beach Hut franchise to offer aspiring entrepreneurs the chance to own their own business. “I want to motivate people who share my dream of entrepreneurship,” she says. "This business has allowed me to support my family in the U.S. and Israel, and I want others to experience that same opportunity for growth." Her goal is to see Beach Hut kiosks flourish in locations like Orlando, Hawaii, and beyond, offering a fun, temporary way for people to express themselves through fashion accessories like henna tattoos and hair wraps.
